Customers are responsible for confirmation that they are authorised for the selected payment method. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of a payment card refuses authorisation for any reason Colorectal Academy will not be held liable for any processing or non-delivery or non-registration into the select webinar(s) or Online Meeting(s). Colorectal Academy reserves the right to cancel any orders\registration for services\webinar(s)\online session(s) placed at an incorrect price or with invalid or fake information or due to any legal, processing or other binding and obligations.

You are responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Colorectal Academy does not have any responsibility on any additional charges or Taxes that may apply in your country or origin.

WARRANTIES & COVENANTS

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, representations, covenants and liability (whether express or implied) regarding the services\webinar(s)\online sessions listed on this website. Colorectal Academy is not in control of any ‘third party’ services nor should it be held responsible for any technical glitch or malfunction occurring on visitor’s computer due to any software or hardware disruptions\virus attacks or other anomalies.
